About ’Umdatul Ahkaam

’Umdatul Ahkaam (’Umdat al-Ahkaam) is a famous classical collection of Prophetic hadith compiled by Imam ’Abd al-Ghani al-Maqdisi in the 6th century AH. It contains approximately 400–420 hadiths, primarily selected from those that are agreed upon by both Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim (Muttafaqun ’Alayh), representing the highest level of authenticity.
